How MoveAtoZ collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information across our mobile app and web-based panels used by Organizations, Vendors, Employees, and Drivers.

We collect your full name, phone number, email address, organization or vendor association, and your role on the platform (Employee or Driver).
Location Data
We collect live or background location data when trip-related and with your permission, including pickup and drop locations, and travel route history.

We may collect your device type, operating system and model, app version and usage logs, as well as login timestamps and session activity to maintain service quality.
Documents (for Drivers)
For drivers, we collect driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance, permit, and fitness documents, as well as a profile photo if applicable.
Trip & Activity Data
We collect trip history, booking details, and any cancellation or feedback inputs submitted through the platform.
Trip Management
We use your information to facilitate and manage trips between Employees and Drivers, and to enable Organizations and Vendors to manage their users.

Your data helps us ensure account and operational security, provide customer support, and improve platform features and performance.

Organizations & Vendors
We share information with the Organization or Vendor that manages your access — for example, to provide trip or usage data relevant to their operations.

Internal staff or support teams may access your data for troubleshooting and operational maintenance purposes only.
No Sale of Data
